North Passage is a waterfront community in Tequesta, Florida on the Southern-side of Jonathan Dickinson State Park. Most of the waterfront homes for sale in North Passage are on canals that lead out to The Loxahatchee River, but there are a few directly on the river as well as interior homes and condos with views of the golf course at Riverbend Country Club. With Jonathan Dickinson State Park to the North and West, North Passage homes are surrounded by natural preserves that can never be built on.
North Passage waterfront homes have access to the Intracoastal waterway and Jupiter Inlet with two fixed bridges to go under. The Island Way bridge in Jupiter does not have much clearance, so larger boats with outriggers and tuna towers may have issues.
North Passage waterfront homes generally have boat docks with lifts in the backyard, swimming pools and run around 2,200 to 3,000 s.f. The riverfront community was built in the early 90s and are actually in Martin County, but the stores and great restaurants of Jupiter and Tequesta are close by.
